Codicat performs its services through a standard subcontract but implements them as a partner concerned by the contractual context of its customer and responsible of the consequences they imply.

In this purpose, Codicat practises its consultant duty in :

• analysing the subject of enquiry in the light of technical and contractual requirements
• defining the scope of works extent, the tasks distribution and the relevant steps.

Whatever the nature is, the request is studied and gets a prompt answer.

When it does not come in Codicat's scope, the request is declined suggesting, if possible, a suitable source.

A need as regards corrosion and cathodic protection always deserves a particular attention and a specific answer on technical as well as commercial aspects. Codicat's commitment is preceded by:

• a technical evaluation, from the known or mutually agreed parameters, of means
• the definition of its scope amended, if need be, as per the subject and technical evaluation
• the confirmation of limits and conditions of its involvement
• a technical and commercial proposal

The order assigns to Codicat care, efficiency and responsibility in its performance :

• examination of technical and commercial items
• detailed analysis of technical dossier, additional data collection and technical validation
• definition of final execution conditions in conjunction with the involved departments : planning, delivery and deliverables
• implementing respectful of commitments and attentive to the evolution or incidence of technical choice(s)
• permanent assistance to customer during the execution and its involvements, suppported, when needed, by the issue of intermediate specific documents or recommendations .
